Welcome to The Vault Recovery. By accessing or using our website (www.thevaultrecovery.co.uk), booking services, or purchasing packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Vault Recovery provides recovery services. Our goal is to offer a safe, calm, and professional environment to support your well-being.

 

2. Bookings & Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

  • Confirmation will be sent via email.

  • Clients must be over 18 or have parental/guardian consent to book.

  • Personal details provided must be accurate and up to date.

  • Service prices are subject to change.

  • The Vault may offer single-sex sessions (e.g., ladies-only) for privacy, comfort, or cultural/religious reasons. These sessions are clearly advertised, and members are expected to respect these designations. Single-sex restrictions apply only to specified sessions; all other sessions remain open to all members.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiting the session or credit.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

4. Packages & Multi-Session Passes

  • Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Missed sessions due to client error (e.g., forgetting an appointment) will still be deducted from the package balance.

  • Multi-session packages (e.g., 4 sessions to be used within 8 weeks):

    • In-person purchases: non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical issues with documentation).

    • Online, phone, or off-premises purchases: subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds are minus any sessions already used.

  • All sessions are subject to availability and The Vault’s house rules.

5. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or in advance for packages.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments through our secure portal.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be clearly displayed on our website.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only given in the case of service cancellation by The Vault or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • If granted, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships: Personal and non-transferable.

  • Payment & Renewal: Fees are collected in advance. Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • Cooling-Off Period: Online sign-ups have 14 days to cancel for a full refund minus any services used. In-person sign-ups follow standard contract terms.

  • Cancellations: At least 30 days’ notice is required. Early termination may require payment of remaining fees unless due to medical or exceptional circumstances.

  • Use of Services: Bookings are required. Follow all health and safety guidance. Services include ice baths, sauna, jacuzzi, compression boots, and massage guns.

  • Health & Safety: Members confirm they are medically fit. The Vault may refuse access for safety reasons.

  • Changes: Membership fees or services may change. Members may cancel if there is a material reduction in benefits.

  • Liability: Members use all facilities at their own risk. The Vault is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost property.

  • Data Protection: Member information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our privacy policy.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Disclose any relevant health information affecting safe participation.

  • Reschedule sessions if unwell for your safety and that of staff and other clients.

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect at all times.

9. Health Disclaimer

  • Our services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

  • Always consult your doctor before beginning any wellness program.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal data as outlined in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, including information provided during booking, payments, and contact forms.

11. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, spamming).

  • All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Liability & Force Majeure

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • The Vault is not liable for failure to provide services due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

13. Complaints

  • We will respond promptly and aim to resolve any issues amicably.

14. Minors

  • Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.

  • Certain services may be restricted for safety reasons.

15. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions.

  • Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. Changes to Terms

  • All service, package, and membership prices are displayed on our website at the time of booking.

  • The Vault reserves the right to update prices at any time.

  • Any price changes will not affect services or packages already purchased.

  • Members may choose to cancel their membership if a material price increase occurs, with notice given before the next billing cycle.
